I Show Creativity in my Thinking

I show creativity in my thinking often because I am an artist. Whatever subject I am working on, I find ways to add some artistic elements into my projects to make them seem more appealing.

"Curiosity"

I went on a class field trip to George Ranch to take pictures of the sceneries and animals to get inspiration for Rodeo. This is a submition for the Rodeo Art Contest in 2022 The most challenging part about creating this piece was trying to paint realistically, meaning trying to get the color balance right and trying not to paint certain things like a pattern. For example, I think I had trouble with the fence because I kept making the patterns identical, making not look realistic. My favorite part of my piece was making the cow. I liked how it was turning out and I was excited to see what it would look it in the end.

"The Dragon"

This geometric art piece I made was created for a math project where we had to show our understanding of triangle congruence. So I made this art piece with acrylic pain/ markers. The wings are attached with glue and were colored with markers. It was difficult trying to fit triangles in the right spot of the poster board, but in the end, it looked great.

"Crashing In"

This is my contest entry for the Doodle for Google. The theme was How I Care for Myself, and I care for myself by following the COVID mandates. It keeps me and my family safe, and we pray to stay safe all of the time. But when the pandemic started, it felt like my whole world was crashing and turning upside down.

"Tirza"

This art piece spells out my name with ordinary objects for films. It represents my love for filming and movies. You can also notice my characters jumping in the background of the movie theatre.

"The Alchemist Netflix Review"

This is a fake Netflix review created by my colleague, Alex Ambres and I. This project was for an ELA Project about the novel, The Alchemist. We had to include very important details about character foils and summary to pass. I did the coloring, designing of the review template, and some information. Alex created the sketch and final design of the movie poster and the rest of the information.
