I am Aware of Who I am

Who I am is not much of a mystery. I am very open about my life and I like to share stories.

My family and I are Jehovah's witnesses, so we don’t celebrate any holidays or birthdays because of their pagan origins. We pray to God often for guidance and we tend to read the Bible for advice so we can apply it to our everyday lives and live to it’s standards. My culture influences my lifestyle of spiritual healthy living by following our beliefs in God and the Bible.  We have fun traditions, like Fast Food Fridays where every Friday, we go to the nearest fast food place and eat that for dinner. In our culture, every once a few years we go to Halapa, Mexico to visit our family from my dad’s side. I have a small family with my parents and I, Shelby the German Shepherd, and our 6 cats.

My artistic traits come from my family tree, since most of my family members are artistic as well! I used to be someone who didn't have any direction and wanted to stay the same, in my comfort zone for the rest of my life. Now, I am someone who wants to face those difficult challenges head on and overcome them. I have grown into someone who has direction in their life.  and has many doors and opportunities opening. I have gained many jobs and got experience of work life.

My strengths lie in the arts. I specialize in different mediums using different materials. I am excellent at art and animation, but not to the point where I would consider myself as a professional yet. I’ve always thought about the far future. I want to travel the world with my family because I have always wanted to have my own adventures and explore. I’ve always been fascinated by other cultures in different countries.

I see myself working for PIXAR in 10 years from now, as an animator or character designer. I understand that going to a college would definitely benefit me if I want the opportunity to work with a famous animation company associated with Disney. I want to get the best education possible as I grow.
